Meet Our CIS Grounds Crew! 
This amazing team is made up mainly of incoming 5th and 6th graders, plus a few younger brothers and sisters. All summer long, they’ve worked hard to make CIS more beautiful and welcoming for everyone!
They’ve learned to trim trees and bushes, weed, water, plant flowers, build paver walls, and more. Twice a week, up to 25 students show up ready to get their hands dirty, help their school, and have fun with friends old and new.
This crew started in 2019 and is still going strong! Not only are they improving our campus — they’re building pride every time they walk into school and see the flowers they planted and the work they’ve done.
